Who runs the game

Sheep Tag Online is made and run by Tin Whistle Games. When these terms say "we" or "us", they mean Tin Whistle Games. These terms cover the game wherever you play it.

Sheep Tag Online is a fan remake of a Warcraft III custom map. It is not made by, linked to or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment.

Free to play

The game is free. The rules, maps and features change often. Scores, stats, unlocks and boards can be reset, and replay links stop working after a while. We may take the game offline for a time or end it for good.

Accounts

You can play without an account. If you sign in:

One account is for one person. Don't share it, sell it or sign in as someone else.
You are responsible for what happens on your account.
You can delete your account at any time from your profile in the game.
We may suspend or delete an account that breaks these terms.

Fair play and how to behave

No cheats, hacks, bots or changed copies of the game to get an edge online.
If you find a bug or an exploit, tell us instead of using it.
Don't attack or try to break into the game or anyone's account.
Don't harass, threaten or target other players.
Don't throw matches on purpose or team up with the other side.
Don't use a name that is hateful, sexual, a slur, or pretends to be someone else.

If you break these rules, we may remove your scores, block you from playing online, or close your account. We decide what counts as breaking them, and we will try to be fair about it.

Your name and what you send us

Your display name is shown to other players and on the leaderboard, and you are responsible for it.

If you send us an idea or feedback, we can use it to make the game better without paying you or naming you.

Online matches are saved as replays that anyone with the link can watch.

The game and what you can do with it

The game's code, art, name and logo belong to Tin Whistle Games or the people who licensed them to us. You can play it, share it, take screenshots, stream it and post videos of it, including videos that make money (see the press kit). You can't copy the game, sell it, or put it on another site as your own.

No promises it always works

The game is given to you free, as it is. We can't promise it will always be online, free of bugs, or keep your progress. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond what these terms say.

Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss or harm from playing the game or not being able to play it, including lost progress or anything another player does. If we are ever found responsible for something, the most we owe is 50 US dollars. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

Children

Sheep Tag Online is not made for children under 13. If you are under 13, please don't sign in or send us anything. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. If you keep playing after a change, you agree to the new terms.
